Due to the impact of new EU trading arrangements on our delivery partners, we have temporarily suspended shipping products to EU destinations. We hope that the situation will resolve within the next 2 weeks. We continue to ship to the UK, US, Australia and the rest of the world outside of the EU.

It is important to us that our products are delivered to you quickly and in excellent condition. We use tested secure packaging that provides protection to our products.

The delivery times will depend on the contents of your order as follows:

Orders containing only unframed prints or rolled canvas will normally be despatched within 5 working days.

Orders containing framed prints, stretched canvas or framed canvas panels will usually be shipped within 15 working days.

Please note that if your order contains a mixture of the above products they could be shipped to you in separate parcels.

Coronavirus (Covid-19)


The Fitzwilliam Museum Prints site is fully operational. Our workshop team are working with utmost precaution and respecting distancing measures. Our couriers have said that they will be not be handing over their devices to capture electronic signatures. Drivers will instead log customer details on their behalf on delivery as proof of delivery.

We will continue to send parcels to affected areas. However, attempts to limit the spread of the coronavirus by our couriers could unfortunately result in delivery delays for some of our services to these locations.
